Management to Discuss Second Quarter Results, Strategy and Growth Opportunities with Institutional Investors

XTI Aerospace, Inc. (Nasdaq: XTIA) will put its leadership team in front of institutional investors at the 15th Annual Needham Virtual Industrial Tech, Robotics & Power Conference on August 17 and 18, 2026. The appearance gives the XTI drone business a chance to walk major investors through its second quarter results and the broader strategy behind its ongoing transformation. The Dallas based company describes itself as an aerospace and advanced technology platform and is the parent of Drone Nerds, LLC, a leading drone solutions platform that serves commercial, enterprise and government customers.

Three senior executives will represent the company during the virtual event. Scott Pomeroy, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will be joined by Brooke Turk, Chief Financial Officer, and Jeremy Schneiderman, Chief Executive Officer of Drone Nerds. Together they cover both the corporate side of the business and the drone solutions operation that anchors its commercial activity, giving conference participants direct access to the people running each part of the company. Needham’s annual event brings together companies from the industrial technology, robotics and power sectors, and this year marks its fifteenth edition.

XTI Drone Strategy in Focus for Institutional Investors

The core of the company’s participation will be a series of one-on-one meetings with institutional investors held throughout the virtual conference. Management will reference the second quarter 2026 earnings presentation during these conversations, and that presentation will be posted in the Investor Relations section of the company’s website before the conference begins. In those sessions, leadership plans to discuss second quarter results, the continued execution of the company’s strategic transformation, operating performance, long-term strategy and the growth opportunities it sees across the commercial, enterprise and government drone markets.

For investors trying to understand where the XTI drone platform is headed, the meetings offer a chance to hear directly from the executives shaping its direction. The one-on-one format also means those discussions can move beyond a standard presentation and into the questions that matter most to each investor. Pomeroy framed the conference as an opportunity to give investors a current picture of the business.

“Our second quarter earnings results and presentation will provide investors with an updated view of the continued execution of our strategic transformation, our operating and financial performance and our long-term strategy. We look forward to discussing the continued growth of the Drone Nerds platform, our disciplined approach to executing our strategy, and the opportunities we see to create long-term shareholder value.” Scott Pomeroy, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of XTI Aerospace

The comments point to two themes the company wants investors to focus on. The first is the growth of the Drone Nerds platform, which sits at the center of its commercial operation. The second is the disciplined execution of a strategy aimed at building long-term shareholder value, a message leadership plans to reinforce with the numbers in its second quarter presentation.

Inside the Company Behind Drone Nerds

XTI Aerospace provides unmanned aircraft systems solutions through its commercial drone solutions division, which operates through Drone Nerds. The company has laid out its direction in past investor communications, including a shareholder letter, and the Needham conference continues that pattern of regular engagement with the investment community. On the operating side, the commercial business handles hardware distribution, training, service, repair and lifecycle support for enterprise, public safety and government customers.

Beyond its commercial operation, the company runs two development-stage divisions. One is focused on autonomous defense systems, while the other centers on domestic manufacturing of unmanned systems components designed to support federal procurement and sourcing requirements. Together, the three parts of the business give the XTI drone platform exposure to commercial sales, defense development and domestic component production, which is the mix leadership will be explaining in its investor meetings.

Institutional investors who want to schedule a meeting with the company during the conference are asked to contact their Needham & Company representative. The company is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and the executive team’s participation in the two day virtual event keeps its second quarter story in front of the investors who follow industrial technology, robotics and power companies.
